You’re in the middle of a perfectly normal day, and suddenly, a negative thought comes out of nowhere. Maybe it’s self-doubt, like “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never succeed.” Or maybe it’s fear — “This is all going to fall apart” — even though there’s no reason to believe that.

I used to get stuck in those negative thought spirals. One tiny mishap would send me down a rabbit hole of overthinking and anxiety. It was exhausting.
