I used to believe that mental health issues were merely products of overthinking and a vivid imagination. I thought that if I could just “snap out of it” and change my perspective, everything would be fine. But life had other plans for me. When I faced a series of setbacks that left me emotionally drained, I realized that mental health was more profound and intricate than I ever imagined.
It was during this time that I stumbled upon stories of people bravely sharing their mental health experiences. Their openness shattered my illusion, and I began educating myself about the complexities of the human brain and emotions.
