My Firm is Looking to Hire a Junior Lawyer
The job is for a Junior Commercial Lawyer with at least 3 years post admission experience to join our team. What We Are Looking For in an Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of post qualification experience in Commercial and Franchise law. They should be well-versed in various aspects of commercial and franchise matters, such as buying/selling businesses (including franchise businesses), Franchise Code of Conduct compliance, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leasing, and general commercial contract drafting.
2. Legal Skills: The candidate should have a proven ability to take instructions, run cases independently, work collaboratively, and provide assistance to partners and junior staff. Effective communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload are important.
3. Team Player: The candidate should be able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. The firm values candidates who can contribute to a highly functional team.
