How Do I Become Happy Again?
What Should I Do?
How do I find happiness
In this maze of doubt and hurt?
The path I walked once felt so clear,
Now every step is heavy, unsure.
I search for peace in quiet moments,
But the silence echoes back the pain.
Where did joy hide?
Where can I uncover the light again?
Is it buried beneath the weight of words,
Lost in the arguments and sighs?
I used to find comfort in your smile,
But now it feels like a distant memory.
Happiness, they say, comes from within,
But how do I tap into that well
When the surface is cracked,
When the heart feels drained and empty?
Maybe it’s in letting go,
In releasing the grip on every fight.
Perhaps happiness waits in forgiveness,
In the moments where I choose peace over right.
I’ll breathe in deep,
Let the storm roll past.
Happiness might not be loud or bright,
But soft and steady, waiting to last.
